We gladly ship worldwide to international customers!

For customers outside the USA, purchases will be shipped from either our UK or Poland distribution center in Europe.

For USA customers, purchases will be shipped from our New York distribution center.

Shipping carrier options include: UPS, DHL, 10+ Local Postal Services

  • The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order.
  • Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.
  • If you place your order before 12:00pm on a business day, we aim to have it shipped the next day.
  • Delivery times shown are based on normal business volume.
  • For faster delivery, upgrade your shipping method, but note: not all delivery methods are available to all areas.

P.O. Boxes

Sorry, we’re unable to deliver to P.O. boxes because our shipping partners, cannot access postal boxes.

Out of Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock, don’t worry — You can backorder, pre-order, and even be added to a waitlist for first dibs!

Order Cancellation and Changes

We normally don’t accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us right away for help.

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment – this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

Common Questions

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We’re unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. You’ll need to create a new order if you’d like to ship to more than one address.

Do I have to sign for delivery?

Yes, a signature is required for delivery unless you notify the shipping carrier otherwise directly. Please contact your selected shipping carrier for special delivery instructions.

If you’d like to return or exchange an order, please contact our customer care team to obtain a return authorization and receive further instructions.

Returned items need to be fully intact and returned in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 45 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.

Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Care and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
